Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker review

The game titled Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker was produced by 1×2 Gaming (or more precisely, by its subcontractor SG Digital) and released in 2016. It is a very accurate transfer of the popular tournament version of online poker called Texas Hold’em to computer and phone screens. And although it may seem impossible, 1×2 Gaming has turned it into a very extensive, advanced and addictive video poker game in which you play against the computer, not in competition with other players. Today you can get to know him better thanks to our review.

Plus, of course, you can play Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker absolutely for free thanks to the great offer on our website. We offer this game in a demo version for virtual tokens, which you can play on desktop computers and mobile devices without having to download it from the Internet. In addition, it is available without any requirements, so you do not have to register on our website or later log in, provide personal data, deposit money, subscribe to our newsletter, click on ads or do anything else. Just launch Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker (or any game of your choice from our extensive selection) and have fun for as long as you want.

Technical specifications of Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker

The slot itself is designed very creatively and seems refined down to the smallest detail. It uses all the mechanisms typical of Texas Hold’em, i.e. subsequent stages of laying down cards, as well as many bidding steps, but the whole thing has been converted into a video poker format. However, before we start discussing this game in more detail, we need to point out something that you absolutely need to know well before you start playing. What we mean here are the betting rules – it’s easy to make a mistake! The denominations of available tokens range from 0.10 to 50. Of course, their actual value depends mainly on the currency you choose when playing at a no deposit online casino.

The minimum bet per hand is 0.10, the maximum is 100 and an additional 200 in the case of Trips. But you have to be careful here because the betting rules are quite complicated, especially for people who are playing Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker for the first time. We will describe them below based on tokens with a value of 1:

  • First, you place your basic bet by placing a chip with a value of 1 on the Ante field.
  • Notice that a token of the same value automatically appears on the Blind field. As a result, the total bet at this point is 2.
  • During the game, however, you will have the opportunity to bid additionally, up to four tokens at most. This means that the total bet can be up to 6 chips per hand.

In addition, there is the Trips option, which is an additional bet on obtaining specific hands during the hand – you can bet on it up to a maximum of 200, but it does not take part in the bidding during the game, it is only taken into account at the last stage of the game. Now it’s time to take a look at the amount of winnings for individual combinations – of course, we will receive them only if we also win against the dealer!

This is a video poker game, so you can’t expect any extensive additional functionality from it, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker does not have any such options. The only thing that makes it easier is to repeat your previous bet on the hand. But in other video poker games there are no extras either!

Card layout Winning in standard mode (Ante and Blind) Winning for the Trips bet
Troika 3:1
Straight 1:1 4:1
Color 3:2 7:1
Full 3:1 8:1
Carriage 10:1 30:1
Poker 50:1 40:1
Royal flush 500:1 50:1

How to play Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker?

Playing Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker is relatively simple thanks to the well-thought-out user interface developed by 1×2 Gaming. Of course, you should keep in mind that this game simply requires knowledge of the basics of the game and the Texas Hold’em version itself. Therefore, it is a bit more difficult than typical video poker games, where everything is basically done by itself.

First, notice that at the bottom of the screen you have a list of tokens with different values to choose from. Select the denomination you are interested in by simply clicking on it.

Then, on a blue background stylized like a poker table, you have two animated Ante and Blind fields. Click on any of them, then one token will appear on both of them.

If you want to increase the value of your bet, increase the number of chips, remembering that the total amount for each of these two fields cannot exceed 100.

Once your chips land on both spaces, you can click the green DEAL button on the right.

You will then be dealt two cards into the two rectangular spaces on the left. The dealer will also get two, but they will remain hidden (yours will naturally reveal their values). You then have three options to choose from:

x4 (means adding the equivalent of 4 Ante bets to the pot),

x3 (adding the equivalent of 3 Ante bets to the pot),

CHECK (stays at the current rate and moves to the next stage).

However, if you choose x4 or x3, the game will deal five cards at once and the hand will be resolved. And if you choose the CHECK option, three cards will be dealt on the table and you will be given another opportunity to choose between x2 and CHECK. It works in the same way as before – with x2, twice the ANTE bet will appear on the table, and with CHECK you will move on without raising the stake.

Since this is a typical game based on Texas Hold’em rules, you can use some of the typical strategies, apart from bluffing, which will not work here. For example, if you don’t get an interesting hand, such as a pair, a high card or the same suit, don’t immediately choose the x4 and x3 options. Instead, wait for the flop, i.e. three consecutive cards, and only then make further decisions.

Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker – play without logging in

In our opinion, Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker is an excellent poker game that allows any poker fan to play their favorite card game, but without having to call their friends for a real game or find an open table in a live casino to play with strangers . You don’t have to worry about that here – and we assure you that Ultimate Texas Hold’em Poker is a great game. What’s more, we don’t see any significant flaws in it. It has nice graphics, clear rules and is simply addictive!
